Today kind of sucked at first..and then it got better as the sun came out and all the windows in school were open. Quite lovely!
Remember my post earlier about how I always feel motivated to workout in the morning when I’m getting ready/at school…but by the time I’m home, I’m just too tired?
Well, it’s possible I might do a little workout in the morning if I wake up early enough!
It’s funny… I will put off my homework and then wake up an hour early to do it in the morning, but if I try and wake up an hour early to workout…yeah it doesn’t happen.
So here is the plan: wake up at 6 and do a small 20-30 minute workout. It will totally wake me up and I won’t feel so groggy in the morning!
I don’t plan on doing it tomorrow, but possibly friday and then the next week!
