I am melting

Just got home from school. Already wearing a tank and spandex under my uniform, so I’m all set to work out. Plus, since I’m already sweating from the ridiculous heat, why not!

Off to go workout…and then probably chug 64 oz of water like yesterday..whoops

Smoothie Time!
..I don&#8217;t know what I was thinking when I made this. I seriously just threw in the first things I saw. 
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 raspberry chobani yogurt
Splash of vanilla almond coconut milk (definitely not needed..weird)
1/3 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
splash of cod liver oil
Half scoop whey protein powder
Blend all except the powder, mix that in after or else it will get foamy. Enjoy if it&#8217;s not too gross, hahaha

Seriously.. It was SO sweet and the almond milk added a weird flavor..so I added the cranberry juice to make it less sweet, which worked. The cod liver oil and protein powder were last minute add ins.
I already had greek yogurt and then added protein powder on top of that.
Whatevs.
This smoothie is questionable.

HI ALL. Remember this face? It’s been so long it seems! :p

Just showered and put on THE MOST COMFORTABLE outfit ever. God bless the person who decided leggings were pants. I don’t wear them out, but I will live in them at home. Also, this is a new sweatshirt/pullover thing from Torrid.

This outfit is my new life. Refuse to take it off.

ps- I carry most of my weight in my stomach area (which is the worst, isn’t it??) so I feel like my body looks really awkward when I wear stuff like this! I bought these leggings in a 3 from Torrid, but I definitely could have bought a 2 because there is so much extra fabric on these. My top to bottom half ratio is way off. Let’s workin’ on that, self.

I haven’t been on in forever it seems!

Life has been crazy lately. I was swamped with school and then went to Chicago and to Canada and have been settling back into the normal routine. I’ve been so exhausted lately! Please don’t think I’ve forgotten about you all or this blog! Life has just been so crazy lately!

Anyways, life is back to normal and I plan on being on more again! Promise!

Health:

I mentioned before that I think I either have a gluten or dairy intolerance. Everyday, my stomach kills at some point. It’s also possible I have crohn’s disease like my dad and sister :/ So I have been switching up my food a lot it seems.. I have to say, being on the road a lot and not being home/having access to our good food reallly made me feel like crap. I ate pretty poorly. Especially candy around easter. And it was weird because I was eating it and being like “I hate this, don’t eat another bite” as I would finish off a peanut butter cup or something. Self control went out the window it seemed?NOT GOOD. Getting that back asap.

I’ve been feeling like crap a lot but I always notice a difference when I eat better, so obviously I am getting back on track and doing that. Dance class has been kicking my ass still, but I know it’s not enough…I always want to do more. I’m sore a lot from it, though! (Which I looove)

So yes…everything has kind of all gone downhill/off track. I’ve been listening to my body A LOT more, which is helping me so much. Chugging water like it’s going out of style. Guzzling tea. Taking vitamins. Sleeping more. (thank god for spring break) Even doing better in school! I’ve started doing way more of all that! I’m feeling better everyday :)

Luckily, I kept my positive mindset and am excited and beyond ready to get back to where I was before :)

My mom is sort of doing the fat flush diet, which I have done before. I am kind of considering doing it partially, like she is. I really am fond of the idea of a good detox thing..

Anyways, I am so so sorry for not being on lately! I’ve logged in but just haven’t posted or anything. I’m here, though!
